Some staff members displayed a lack of professionalism and responsiveness, which detracted from the overall experience.

We stayed at this place recently and we must say we had a fantastic experience. This hotel was located in a very nice neighbourhood with close access to public transport which made our travel very easy. Also, this place was just across from a shopping centre which was very convenient for us. Moreover, the service was fantastic, especially the room service. The room was kept very clean and we had everything we needed to make us feel at home.

We had a very short stay here and can't think of anything negative to say. We would highly recommend this venue to our friends.

Also, I liked how decent the location was. What's more, it was adjacent to Cruise Port and central Barcelona and the airport.

We appreciated the hotel and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, had 2 nice sunny days there. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless and stunning with a terrace.

Hotel and my elegant room were fabulous and in good condition. Tried some takeout specials at Pans & Company, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. I came here for 4 nights and had a very relaxing stay.

The place was cute, with its exceptional staff like an English speaking manager.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The rooftop bar offered a great view and the clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The nearby bus stop made it easy to explore the city, and the friendly staff added to the positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to a shopping center and well connected to the metro system. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options including pastries, breads, cheese, yoghurt.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the poor service during breakfast. There were often shortages of food and it was not replenished promptly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The jacuzzi suite room was fantastic and the bed was very comfy. The room was cleaned every day, ensuring cleanliness throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the sauna and steam room. The extra things in the room, such as slippers, robes, and toiletries, were a bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby public transport and a short walk to a huge shopping mall with a large supermarket. We also appreciated being well outside of the city centre, allowing for a more relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
